Welcome to Tour Taxi. By using this website or requesting a taxi booking through our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Confirmation

Please provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request through our website or by phone. Submitting a request does not, by itself, guarantee a confirmed booking. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and the travel details.

2. Fares and Payments

Fares may be calculated according to the distance travelled or an agreed package. Tolls, parking fees, state permit charges, and other applicable trip expenses may be charged separately unless they are expressly included in the confirmed quotation. Please confirm the fare and any additional charges with our team before your journey.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Please contact us at least two hours before the scheduled departure time if you need to cancel or change your booking. Late cancellations or changes may incur charges, where applicable. Any cancellation charge will be communicated by our team.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must provide correct travel details, follow applicable laws, and treat the vehicle and driver respectfully. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and must not engage in unlawful or unsafe conduct during the journey.

5. Delays and Limitation of Liability

Travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the service safely and to communicate significant delays. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tour Taxi is not liable for indirect losses arising from such delays.
